A Note About Timing & Delivery

Monogram items do take time! Remember, the Spirit Shop is run by Parent Volunteers from families at The Day School just like you! When you place an order, we anticipate the following will happen:

1. Our Spirit Shop volunteers will check existing inventory.

2. If the item is IN STOCK, it will be sent out for custom embroidery as soon as we can get it there. If not, then the item will be ORDERED from one of our suppliers and then sent for embroidery.

3. We will let you know as soon as we can when your order is ready for shipping or pick-up!
